Privacy Policy

Your photos, in short

Your photos are used only to make your videos and to run safety checks on them. They are stored privately and sent to our AI providers for that purpose only. We do not sell them or use them to train AI models. You can ask us to delete your photos and videos at any time.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email and sign-in details.
• What you create: the photos you upload, the template and settings you choose, the videos made for you, and your confirmation that the people shown agreed.
• Payments: what you bought and the payment status. Card details are handled by Waffo Pancake; we never store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and logs needed to run and protect the service.
• Messages: emails you send us.

How we use it

To make and show your videos, process purchases and credits, provide support, prevent abuse and keep the service secure, and understand overall usage so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

• AI providers: your photos go to the models that make your video, currently Nano Banana 2.1 (Google) and Seedance 2.0 Fast (ByteDance), through an API platform. They process them under their own terms.
• Payments: Waffo Pancake.
• Hosting and storage: Cloudflare.
• Email: Resend, to send account and service emails.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect people from harm.

How long we keep it

Your photos and videos are kept with your takes so you can view, reuse and download them, until you ask us to delete them or close your account. Copies held by our AI providers may take longer to be removed. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Phone upload links expire after 10 minutes. Temporary transfer photos are marked for deletion when the computer receives them, the upload window is closed, or an expired transfer is cleaned up. A video transfer link works for up to 24 hours; anyone holding that link can view and download that single video until the link expires or you delete the video.

Your choices

You can delete videos from your account. To access, correct or delete your data, or to close your account, open a support ticket or email support@rapmyday.com. We may need to confirm the request comes from you.

Security

Traffic uses HTTPS and photos are kept in private storage with short-lived links. No online service can promise perfect security.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. Opening a phone video transfer also sets a temporary cookie limited to that transfer, so your phone can play and save the video without signing in.

Children

RapMyDay is for adults only. Photos of anyone under 18 are not allowed.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date below changes when we do.
