Refund Policy

The short version

• A video that fails or is blocked by a safety check is never charged: its credits return to your balance automatically.
• Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Used credits cannot.
• Duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded.

Credit packs

RapMyDay sells one-time credit packs; there are no subscriptions. A pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. A finished video you simply don't like is not a failed video.

How to ask

Open a support ticket or email support@rapmyday.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Waffo Pancake, usually within 5–10 business days.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Effective October 27, 2026.
