Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using RapMyDay (https://rapmyday.com), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

You choose a template, add one or two photos, and we generate a short AI rap video with the template's scene, original lyrics and beat. Videos are made by third-party AI models, currently Nano Banana 2.1 (Google) and Seedance 2.0 Fast (ByteDance). Automated safety checks run during generation. Results vary between attempts and are not guaranteed to look exactly like the people in the photos. We may change templates, models and features over time.

Photos and consent

By generating a video you confirm that everyone in your photos is 18 or older and has agreed to appear in an AI-generated video. Only upload photos of yourself or of people who gave you permission. Do not upload photos of minors, or of celebrities or public figures. You are responsible for how you share the videos you make, and they must not be presented as real footage.

Acceptable use

Do not use RapMyDay to create or share:

• sexual or nude content;
• violence or gore;
• hate speech or harassment;
• anything involving minors;
• deepfakes or impersonation, such as face swaps, intimate scenes of real people, or videos meant to deceive or defame someone;
• content that infringes copyrights or trademarks, including imitating real artists.

We may block a generation, remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. To report a video, including one made of you without your consent, email support@rapmyday.com or open a support ticket.

Credits and payment

Videos are paid for with credits from one-time credit packs; there are no subscriptions. The credit cost is shown before you generate, and pack credits never expire. Credits are a service allowance, not money: they cannot be cashed out or transferred. If a generation fails or is blocked by a safety check, its credits are returned automatically.

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake; the provider is shown at checkout. Waffo Pancake acts as the merchant of record for the purchases it processes, handles applicable taxes, and may appear on your card statement. We never see or store your full card number. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in your photos. You let us store and process them, and send them to our AI providers, only to make your videos. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models. You may use the videos you make for personal and social sharing; the templates, lyrics and beats remain ours.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you notice unauthorized use.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". Generation depends on third-party providers and may sometimes be slow or unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date below changes when we do, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
